I was sent away twice and then had to settle for a different standard room on the 6th floor. The hotel is great for a few nights if you just need a room, but it was not very clean.
I found the hotel's location to be superb, situated just off Gran Via, making it convenient to explore Madrid. The rooms, while generally clean, could benefit from some maintenance work, especially in the bathroom. The service was top-notch with a helpful and kind staff. The dining options were limited but acceptable for a quick bite. Overall, a value-for-money stay with some room for improvement.
Despite being in a central location close to many attractions, the hotel was in a rather shabby state on the 6th floor. The rooms were not well-maintained and left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful but seemed preoccupied with personal matters during the check-in process.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was excellent, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for accommodation.
